While it comes included with three AAA batteries to hold you over for hours on end, its compatibility with the CORE rechargeable battery (not included) can be godsend for when you need power in a cinch. The design is simple and straightforward to use with a single button that'll help you cycle through it's three lighting levels: Max Burn Time, Standard, and Max Power.
